½ day workshop schedule:
"The Embodied Morning: A Journey into Energy, Breath, and Inner Alignment"
Duration: 4 hours
This immersive 4-hour workshop is designed to guide participants through my
version of an optimal morning ritual, one rooted in ancient wisdom, personal
practice, and modern energy principles. These are the exact practices I follow
each morning to align my body, mind, and spirit for the day ahead, now taught
with expanded depth and insight for transformative results.
Hour 1 - Aligning with Breath, Mind & Frequency
Opening Meditation (5 min)
We start with a group OM chanting, the sacred sound resonating at the vibrational frequency of the Earth (7.83 Hz). This harmonizes and attunes our group energy to a shared grounding frequency.
Anapana Meditation (20 min):
A foundational Vipassana practice focusing purely on the breath, Anapana sharpens awareness and trains the mind to become still, clear, and present.
Nadi Shodhana Pranayama (5 min):
Also known as Alternate Nostril Breathing, this technique balances the left and right hemispheres of the brain, preparing us for energetic and emotional harmony.
The 5 Tibetan Rites (30 min):
These ancient movements are designed to activate the chakras, promote vitality, and restore youthful energy. I guide the group through each rite with physical precision and breath awareness.
Hour 2 - Awakening Energy & Rooting into the Body
Energy Sensation Practice (10 min):
Students are guided to feel Qi between their palms by creating a Qi Ball, often their first direct experience of subtle energy.
Yan Shou Gong – 50 min
Set 1: “Everything Starts from Emptiness”
I introduce the foundational movements of this powerful Qigong form issued from the Shaolin tradition.
We explore:
Fascia’s role in energy flow
Power plant theory – how to draw energy from the Earth and guide it to the hands
The Wuju stance – grounding the body and rooting energy into the Earth
Set 1 of Yan Shou Gong
This hour is deeply physical and energetic, giving students tools to feel, generate, and channel energy within their own body.
Hour 3 - Cultivating Vitality through Qigong & Shaolin Practice
With energy awakened, we move into powerful stretching and Qigong sequences to amplify and direct vitality:
9 Shaolin Vitality Stretches (30 min):
These stretches activate meridians and energy pathways, improving flexibility, strength, and flow.
Han Yang Ru Yi Gong – The 15 Movements (30 min):
A dynamic set of Medical Qigong exercises practiced in Shaolin temples. These movements promote deep internal awareness,
Harmonized breath-body connection, an Increased energetic resilience and emotional balance.
This hour grounds theory into embodied practice, leaving participants more alive, mobile, and connected to their inner vitality.
Hour 4 - Deep Transformation through Breath & Sound
We conclude with a powerful inward journey using the breath as the portal to altered states of awareness:
Holotropic Breathwork Session (45 min):
A deep, expansive practice that guides participants into non-ordinary states of consciousness, helping release trauma, connect to the higher self, and explore the state of Samadhi, a place of deep unity and transcendence.
Sound Healing Integration (15 min)

Mongolian overtone/deep throat singing
This sonic field helps participants integrate the experience at the
cellular and energetic level.
Optional: Sharing Circle & Q&A (15 min extension)
Depending on time and group size, we close with space for reflection, insights, and sharing. This helps ground the experience and foster community connection.
