Qigong Coaching
Tap into ancient wisdom to harmonize your body, mind, and energy. Qigong combines gentle movement, breath, and focus to promote balance, vitality, and inner peace. Qigong will help restore your energy, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being.
I bring over 10 years of Qigong training to my practice. I am an assistant teacher to Master Yap Boh Heong in Australia, representing Yan Shou Gong – the Art of Longevity. I’m also a disciple of Master Dennis Wang from Han Yang Ru Yi Gong, a system known for its deep energetic cultivation and internal harmony.
With this foundation, I guide students through accessible yet powerful Qigong practices that cultivate life force (Qi), enhance vitality, and support both emotional and physical balance.
In addition to teaching, I also offer in-person energy healing sessions, using a variety of protocols tailored to individual needs. Many of my clients report feeling the effects of Qi directly during these sessions. You can witness an example of how this works HERE


With a cert IV in Life Coaching, I will help you

I have a Cert IV in Life Coaching and have understood through my upbringing that we all need some coaching to be the best versions of ourselves. But sometimes, someone needs to give you a hand and that's why I'm here for you.
Personal Training
We will achieve your fitness goals with customized programs, expert guidance, and ongoing support to help you build strength, endurance, and sustainable healthy habits.
I hold Cert III and IV in Fitness, ensuring a solid foundation in both training and coaching. You can also access my fitness app for just $10/week, where you'll receive tailored workouts and nutrition advice designed specifically for your goals.
I actively monitor your progress, and we track your results monthly through photos and measurements, so you stay motivated and see the transformation unfold.


Health Coaching
Make meaningful, sustainable changes to your lifestyle and well-being. Together, we’ll build habits that support your energy, focus, and overall health.
With years of personal experience in nutritional healing, I’ve followed a raw vegan lifestyle, transitioned to pescatarian, and have been meat-free since 2017. I've also completed extended juice fasts of up to three months, giving me practical, lived insight into detox, vitality, and body-mind renewal.
My approach combines real-world experience with personalized guidance to help you reclaim your health and thrive.

Meditation Coaching
Reduce stress, deepen mindfulness, and create more inner peace with a personalized meditation practice designed for your lifestyle. I have been practicing meditation since my youth and have done many styles. I have done my silent retreat Vipassana 10 days course back in 2018 in Java. Since then I have graduated from a meditation school and hold a meditation teacher certificate.

Breathwork Coaching
Harness the power of your breath to calm your mind, energize your body, and regulate your emotions. Breathwork is a powerful tool for achieving clarity, focus, and deep transformation in everyday life.
Through years of personal practice and guiding others, I’ve explored a wide range of conscious states—and breath has always been the gateway. I specialize in holotropic breathing and currently lead weekly classes in the Daintree, where I guide students into profound meditative states.
I hold a certified breathwork teacher qualification, and have personally experienced extended dry fasts of up to 3 days, relying on breath alone to sustain and energize myself. I draw from a wide array of techniques to help you cultivate resilience, inner stillness, and vibrant energy—bringing you back into harmony with your life force.
Stretching Coaching
Enhance your flexibility, posture, and mobility through guided stretching routines designed to reduce tension, prevent injuries, and support overall physical well-being.
I view the body like a strong living tree, its longevity depends on its ability to bend and adapt. The most resilient trees are those that move with the wind.
Stretching is part of my daily ritual, I stretch every morning and evening, and I’ve developed a simple 5-minute flow you can use twice a day to stay supple and balanced with minimal time investment.
I also practice and teach a powerful 10-minute Shaolin stretching flow, inspired by the traditional routines of Shaolin monks. This sequence boosts flexibility, strength, and energy, and is an excellent way to reconnect with your body’s natural potential. It’s a potent daily practice that builds resilience from the inside out.
