Friday Evening:

Arrival and welcome at 7:00 PM
Warm vegetarian dinner to nourish and ground you around a winter fire
Silent mindful walking meditation under the stars, embracing the quiet beauty of the mountains

Saturday:

6:00 AM – Qigong practice amidst the stunning mountain scenery, awakening your body and spirit
Mindfulness walking through the trails, breathing in the crisp, fresh mountain air
8:00 AM – Breakfast with healthy, nourishing food to energize your day
9:30 AM – Breathwork and meditation, followed by a gentle yoga flow to align your body and mind
12:00 PM – Free time to explore the property, reflect, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings
12:30 PM – Lunch, a delicious and wholesome meal
2:00 PM – Life coaching basics to inspire personal growth, with a Q&A session to explore your unique journey
Evening sunset walk, enjoying the breathtaking views, followed by a cozy dinner at 6:00 PM
7:30 PM – Ecstatic dance, warming your soul, followed by a soothing sound healing session to close the evening

Sunday:

6:00 AM – Qigong practice, followed by a mindful nature walk to connect with the land and its quiet beauty
8:00 AM – Breakfast, another nourishing meal to start your final day
9:30 AM – Breathwork, meditation, and chanting to centre and ground yourself for the days ahead
12:30 PM – Lunch, a final healthy meal to complete your weekend
